- Return Eligibility: You may return unworn, unwashed jackets or blazers in their original condition with all tags attached within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: For hygiene reasons, garments that show signs of wear, have been laundered, or have had tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We require clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banks may require 5-10 business days to reflect this transaction.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item).
